Helping Older Adults Stay Strong, Mobile and Independent at Home

Whether you've noticed changes in your own mobility or you're concerned about an aging parent or loved one, knowing when and where to turn for support isn't always easy. Perhaps everyday activities are becoming more challenging, balance isn't what it used to be, or there's growing uncertainty about moving around safely at home or in the community.

At Your Home Physio, we understand these concerns. We believe that changes in strength, balance and mobility shouldn't be overlooked, and that getting the right support early can make a meaningful difference.

We provide personalized in-home physiotherapy for seniors in Tsawwassen and Ladner, helping older adults improve their mobility, reduce their risk of falls and maintain the confidence to continue living independently in the place they call home.

Meet Kyle Libby

Experienced physiotherapy care, with a personal commitment to helping older adults stay independent.

With more than 15 years of experience in British Columbia's public healthcare system, Kyle has worked extensively with older adults recovering from illness, injury and surgery. His experience spans intensive care, cardiac care, and acute hospital rehabilitation, where he has helped patients regain strength and mobility so they can return home safely.

Throughout his career, Kyle has seen firsthand how challenging recovery can be for older adults, particularly after returning home from hospital. These experiences have shaped his belief that timely, personalized in-home physiotherapy for seniors can make a meaningful difference in helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

For Kyle, it's about more than rehabilitation. He cares deeply about helping people stay active, confident and independent, so they can continue enjoying life in the place they call home.

Based in Tsawwassen, Kyle provides mobile physiotherapy to residents of Tsawwassen and Ladner, bringing care directly to patients without the added challenge of travelling to a clinic.

Whether you're recovering from hip or knee replacement surgery, rebuilding strength after a hospital stay, or looking to improve your balance and mobility to stay independent at home, Kyle is here to help.

Early support can make a difference

Don't Wait For A Fall To Get Help

Changes in strength, balance and mobility can happen gradually as we age. Perhaps you're finding it harder to get out of a chair, feeling less steady on your feet or avoiding activities you once enjoyed because you're worried about falling.

These changes may seem like a normal part of getting older, but they shouldn't be ignored. The good news is that there are steps you can take to improve your strength, balance and confidence before a fall or injury occurs.

At Your Home Physio, we believe in taking a proactive approach to healthy aging. Through personalized physiotherapy, we help older adults address mobility challenges early, reduce their risk of falls and maintain the independence to continue doing the things they love.
