As a small, sole practitioner clinic, we do not provide direct billing to insurance providers on behalf of our patients. However, we do provide a detailed receipt for physiotherapy treatment that can be submitted to your insurance plan provider for potential reimbursement, depending on the coverage offered by your plan.
WorkSafe and ICBC:
At this time, we are not partnered with WorkSafeBC and are unable to offer WorkSafeBC or ICBC-covered physiotherapy treatment. We’re happy to recommend alternative options if needed — please feel free to ask.
